very good comperhensive, but no need for so much detailed anatomy of inferoclavicular fossa ??? no body bother too much ... some times we just say through left pectroral approach is enough as many operators prefer different sites and dont forget for female you try to avoid this area as friction could a rise keeping bra in mind!!
