Beautiful scenery, great to see all the deer. And, as someone else mentioned....look for those huckleberries. They are delicious. Take care of that knee. I've got to go put some more biofreeze on mine. I KT tape, biofreeze, DMSO, ice.....anything to help keep me hiing. Knee replacement at end of this month. Stay safe.

✌🏽Hope to see you guys again soon! With air quality warnings and crazy fire closure logistics, Washington is looking good! Family looked better to me, so visiting with them now. Maybe I'll see you in Washington!! Missed you in the Seiad Valley area and North to Oregon. Stay safe and enjoy!!

Glad you were so close to Ashland. That could've been a lot worse. Dang fires...

A great video as always. So glad you and others were evacuated promptly. Special thanks to all the trail angels who helped and to the fire fighters and emergency staff who are trying so hard to save the towns and the wilderness.

Wow, what an adventure the past few days. You encountered bug bites, my favorite animal the deer, awesome views and the generosity of strangers to alert you of danger and take you out of danger. Your best video yet. Stay safe. The Man upstairs is looking out for you.

Nice Manny! 27 miles. Way to go. I love that you shortened your videos. (Sarcasm). Enjoying your hike a ton.

Just can't keep them short (so much to see)! Will keep trying. Maybe wait awhile, then plan them all out (12-18 min. each). Yeah, right!! Lol

@@mannyontrailPCT I don’t mind the long videos at all. I totally get filming everything. Hard not too. 😀

Congrats on making it to Oregon safely. So many pct hikers had to be rescued off trail due y to o the horrid fire tight there at the Oregon border. You made it! CA is such an enormous state. I think you really feel it when you walk nearly every mile of it. Well now that you are in Oregon and WA look out for thimble berries snd red snd blue huckleberries. They are delicious.

Hi again. Long time no update, are you doing ok? Did you just get off the PCT line few others? After the fires the trail is chop-chop here and there. Some just skip Oregon and finish Washington then doing Oregon another time. Hope your great 👍

Those Deer were so up close and personal. So unafraid of human contact. Beautiful views as always Manny. Inspired by your determination and others on the PCT this year I have decided to get out there and hike some of the Peaks in our area. We haven't got the heights that you have but the scenery is beautiful. I hiked 7.8 miles 2 days ago, ran out of water and energy and had to bail. Those locals are so supportive of hikers and their fellow man, giving up their time to warn and rescue hikers from the fire is a noble thing to do. I've taken on The Ethel Challenge which is 95 Peaks in The Peak District National Park England. I know you just haven't the time to watch a fledgling channel just starting out but I'd be honoured if you could subscribe. I know I'll never be able to achieve the quality of vlogs you put out Manny but in the end I suppose what we record is something to look back on when we are in our rocking chairs. Congratulations on hitting the Oregon border and look forward to your next vlog. You stay safe and stay well. Don't take any chances out there. I hope you skip forward to a safe spot to restart. I noticed the hiker hobble there after your long day plus the hiker hunger that followed. Great vlog Manny, thanks for sharing.
