Haha !I have some "cheese burger" birds in my neighborhood and now I'll never hear their song the same way again! The Peak refuel Chicken Pesto Pasta is also really good, one of the best I've ever tried. It just needs a bigger serving size.

Amazing video! I like the sound of your foodsteps on the gravel so much. As if we are walking there ourselves. And your humor makes me laugh. I think it sometimes must be difficult to watch the scenery and mind where you are walking (and not sprain an ankle). Take your own time if the others go quicker. So that you don't get injured. Howdy Twiggy, I found (and continue to find) that my long hikes did not so much 'change my life' as it changed the way I see our world. I didn’t have to. But sometimes it makes it easier to get up in the morning. Sometimes it’s just good when it’s really windy. Other times it’s just fun!
