Next time you are in Seattle Public Market, take the tour of the Pike Place Public Market. It takes you thru all the secret places of the public market. It's a food tour. You get little bites of every place you stop. You will truly enjoy. We live in Bremerton.

Mount Rainier has 28 major named glaciers. The bottom end of some of them like the Carbon glacier can be hiked to. The trail to the bottom of the Carbon glacier starts in the beautiful Carbon River rainforest and is well worth doing if you ever get the chance.

so wonderful to see you in "my country" When my wife and I were first married (nearly 52 years ago) we used to ride the bremerton seattle ferry back and forth all day long, now they clear the ferry after every crossing, not nearly as much fun! Mowich lake (pronounced mow as in "ow!) is a favorite hike and tolmie peak is awesome, but there are dozens of amazing hikes in the park! I live in Tacoma worked in Olympia and after retiring worked for 15 years in Seattle for the Mariners baseball team...would have loved to point you to some great spots like Leavenworth, and the columbia gorge! Safe travels and it is GOOD to see you posting again!

I am such a fan of Jimmy & Natalie! I was watching tonight and thought 💭 do they make more money when we watch the entire advertisement instead of clicking “skip” … I may be the last to know this but yes they do make more money! For me it is like supporting an artist. I will let the ads run and know that in some small way I am supporting them. BTW Jimmy and Natalie do not know me. 👍

I've never seen any of your videos before, but KZbin recommended this one to me today. I'm really impressed! Great videography, great sound, really interesting travel content, very easy to like personalities... an easy video to watch and enjoy. Now I'll have to go check out some of the other videos on your channel and learn a little about the journey that got you to this point. One correction for you, Natalie... timber is far from being Washington's #1 export. If we go by dollar value, the state's #1 export is actually transportation equipment... primarily airplanes, thanks to Boeing. Those Dreamliners are expensive, so that's why transportation products are at the top of the list if you are going by dollar value. Agricultural products are actually a big export for Washington, too. A huge percentage of all the wheat exported from the United States comes down the Columbia River on barges before heading out to sea. If you make it out to the east side of the Cascade mountain range, to places like Walla Walla, Yakima, Spokane, and the Tri Cities, you'll see a lot more evidence of Washington's huge agriculture industry. Out of all 50 states, Washington is the #1 producer of apples, blueberries, hops, pears, sweet cherries, and spearmint oil. We are the #2 producer of potatoes, grapes, apricots, asparagus, and wine. There are over 1,000 wineries in Washington! If you make it out to the Tri Cities of Richland, Kennewick, and Pasco and you need a local guide or even a videographer or licensed drone pilot for a day, you be sure to let me know. I'd be happy to collaborate with you.

A little background on the Hood Canal floating bridge: the original bridge broke up and sank in a huge windstorm back in the mid-late seventies. I was living in a little house in Gig Harbor when it happened, sleeping in my attic bedroom. There was a electric transformer station directly down the hill from my back yard that blew up, scared me to death! Timber exports are not Washington State' #1 industry, agriculture is, accounting for over $61b in 2023. Gotta remember almost 2/3 of all land in the state is east of the Cascades, and it's all almost 100% cropland.
