Love the channel, a great mental escape. Love the scenery. Always interested in cuisine - how to eat healthy (variety and fresh) without having to turn to dehydrated camping meals.

Some things last surprisingly long outside a fridge. I think growing sprouts is best. Thanks again!

Subcribed and binging on catch up.....and I thought you were a Vegetarian! LoL! I lean to the Hunter Gather philosophy meself....which goes well with a small boat and a big spear gun. Days of TopRamin, followed by hours of freediving, followed by Fat Belly of top grade pelagic protein! Meals well earned arrrr best enjoyed !! Sail On!

Ever thought about heading up to about 140 and jibe every 2 or 3 hours? Your CMG should more than make up for the added distance.

I have experimented with it and it doesn't make up for it on this boat....

@@Routesofchange It should work even if you have to head up to 130d. If nothing else in light air the ride will be greatly improved.
