They talked about building pack and stacks, also running a train through California to Washington. I think everyone should move out of California and look elsewhere! Many nice places to live throughout the USA. Good luck all who were affected by the wildfires.

I think there will be a lot of suicides in the next few years . . . This is just the beginning , there is a long way to go ! . . . e.g. Insurance payments , there are literally thousands ! . . . 😮😢

I come from the UK and can never understand why you build your homes out of wood.Why can't you build your homes out of bricks and cement like we do here in the U K?Thankyou for ykur video. Best Wishes Hazel from the UK 🇬🇧

lol. That’s funny. I’m not sure either. The United States is very capitalist driven. So I would assume the only reason we build houses out of wood is because it’s cheaper. But I’m not sure to be honest their could be other reasons

The reason is because its in a earthquake zone , which they think brings more devastation and fatalites . So wood is used because its faster to build a house and cheaper than brick , steel and concrete ! . . . 😊

I grew up around there and went to Pali Hi in the 70s. My daughter goes to Pali Hi now. The biggest changes I noticed in the previous 50 years have been larger homes replacing homes built in the 30-50s, and Caruso's retail village. Alot of buildings in the Palisades were older. I think it will surprise everyone how quickly Palisades will be rebuilt. There will be a construction boom.

I recently read an article about how the city is going to mandate government subsidized housing in pacific palisades. “Or low income housing”. Not to sure how thats gonna be received by the community. “Nimby”
