Pacific Standard Elite Challenge with HELI 1,6 mil (Bonus: ''How to Save your Heist Finale'')

For the Elite challenge, you will get a 400k bonus. Our final cut would have been 1,6mil, but I decided to show how to save this finale so my cut was set to 0% and I didn't get additional +100k for an elite challenge.
We did this on our first try, I think it is the easiest way to do Pacific Standard Elite at this moment in GTA Online. Personally, I like to do Pacific Standard Elite on the bike more than with the Heli, but I hope at least for someone of you this method will be helpful.

Hey man, u can also set up all the vehicles u need for the getaway and then tell someone to shoot around before u enter the bank. This will blow the mission, but after restart u can still do Elite. I do this all the time, went on elite with 3 random guys :D

You have to explode cop cars in near that Police station like in the video. Also, you must finish Flight school if you haven't done that already.

Yes, terrible voice over sorry for that. It is important to explode cop cars on that location without looking to the Police station, explode car then look if heli isn't spawned on the roof do it again. Btw you have to finish flight school.

I disconnect as soon as the map disappears but it only works half the time. According to my crew the cutscene plays a few seconds after I disconnect, way shorter than shown in the video.

I have a question: It seems like my reaction time isn't fast enough to disconnect the the cable just as the minimap disapears, do you have any rule of tumb for when the checkpoint is just about to be reached? anything on the map or the minimap? Edit: just to clarify, i always get the "Heist failed, hacker left" message (even tough i am not the hacker) meaning that i disconnected the cable too late.

hmm this message "Heist failed, hacker left" pops up if you do it too early try to do it just a little bit later 0.5 sec, if you do it too late you will lose your finale. Be careful

BendMan thank you for the quick response, I managed to get some good runs after I left the comment, but I think I also found something pertinent about the glitch: I am Brazilian, and here its normal to be matched with foreign players in public lobbies and job sessions for some reason, anyways I noticed that, while trying this glitch out with randoms earlier I had no problem executing the glitch. But when it came the time to do it with some friends I couldn't get the timing right. I think that your relative latency to to the other players(as this is a Peer-to-Peer connection) can change the timing needed to disconnect. With randoms, that normally had 250ms + ping, I had no problem disconnecting as soon as I saw that the minimap was gone (only my reaction time as delay), but when doing it with some friends (50ms ping) I had to wait more or less 0.5 second like you said. Sorry if I'm over analyzing this, it's just something i think you should know...

Yes you are 100% right, I just wanted to write you another comment about DC timing, last night my internet speed was 10x slower than usual and I had huge ping (btw I have no idea why), I was driving the dingy the host dc as usual at the same time but he got that message "Heist failed, hacker left". So it is true that DC timing depends on ping and internet speed.

Do this heist with a good team, and with two finales(don't forget to save them as I showed in this video), so you can earn few millions in one evening, I think our record was 8-9mil in one evening. For example for one run you can get ~400k with splits 0%(host);50%(host nr2);25%;25% so in one hour everyone earns more than a ~1.6 mil if everything is ok. ;D

No, just unplug your internet cable or WiFi adapter. Be careful it is tricky, unplug net cable at that moment when minimap disappears. I've put a red heart on this video at that point when I disconnected my internet.

Hey, Come to that location near Police station and destroy cop cars while not looking to heli spawn location, do it until heli finally will spawn. Btw I heard that you need to complete flight school if heli doesn't spawn at all.

elite challenge gives every player 100k each (if you dont quick restart and possibly some other compnent). but that would be 1650000

We lost on the way to bikes about 50k so we could earn max 1.6 mil on this run (for elite challenge players can't do quick restart so you can't die, it has to be done without noose, on hard mode and in under 10:15sec, but actually you need to do it faster than in 10:07, because of bugged R* timer)

The thing is the cut. Players co-operation goes down to help you if you gave em lower cuts. I play for fun.

I always give at least 25%, so everyone is happy, and later they give me not less. Usually, greedy guys earns less in long term and no one wants to help them :)

If you're playing with friends, 40/20/20/20 is fair, if you consider the host gets paid nothing for set ups and pays out for the fee. I think with Pac standard and a full haul of money the host gets a little more than the others, but on the rest it's pretty much bang on even

Helicopter still work? And at the part where you are about to go into police station to get heli. Did u say kill about 3 or 4 cars for the heli to spawn

Yes, it still works. You need to explode at least one police car and don't look to the police station while doing that. After exploding the car look to the roof if still there is no heli, explode more Police cars until heli will spawn. Sorry for that crappy sound and accent, I will try to improve it :)

+BendMan I tried it four times and it didn't work. Dude are you sure it's not patched. I wasn't looking at the station and was shooting and killed about 15 cars and it didn't spawn.

I can't get the heli to spawn, how long do you have to look away, I also tried it in freeroam and looked away for 30 seconds, 1min and 2min and still did not spawn. Does it only spawn for certain players ? I parked in exactly the same spot. I thought this got patched for this location. I tried two different xbox live accounts.

To trigger heli spawn faster shoot cops with RPG or other explosives in that area, for example I do like that: exploding one cop or npc car while not looking to the police station roof, if heli is till not there another car, usually it takes up to 30 sec so trigger heli spawn. Btw I play on PC.

Also try to do it in private session. Public sessions are slower.

Yes, but it doesn't matter on the next run you will get 50%, so after each two runs, everyone gets the same amount of money.
