Thank you, Dusty. I now know all the variables that come with welding aluminum. It's a challenge but if you want to do it there are people like you to help. I've seen every single episode you have on KZbin. Thanks again

These periodic refreshers are most welcome. Sometimes it seems that I can't do anything right and this helps tremendously with the troubleshooting. Though, it does seem that the biggest problem is having the shielding gas get disturbed by the wind and the weld (on aluminum) just turns into a pile of mush.

Thanks for making this video. As a beginner here, what is the difference between using the long cup versus the short cups. Thanks

Thank you for another great video, Dusty. Quick question, what are your thoughts on cleaning a wire brush after prepping imperfect material?

Thank you Dusty for all the wonderful information. My actual TiG work and knowledge of the process has improved significantly.

Yooooo! What is that rectangle clear cup used for? Looks very specific. And, thank you for all the stellar info. I've been on TIG for 4 months, and i don't know a single soul that does it, so you've been my source from the getgo. ❤

I went through a few machines at the start because I was worried I didn't have enough settings and range. I ended up with a big water cooled machine way more capable than I need and honestly I just weld on normal square wave, no pulse no nothing...

On my syncrowave 400, my BAL goes from 60-80. Is this my pos or neg? I run pro-set parameter of 68% typically.

I may be wrong, but I don't think you've done a video on heat marks on stainless. Not burnt welds, just simply the heat marks. I can run the "correct" amps, have beautiful colors, good tie-in and all, but have HAV marks all over

Hi Dusty. Does a cobalt blue weld lenses make a difference in clarity? And do the Canaweld helmetets I see in your vids accomodate a magnifying lense? Thanks for sharing your knowledge. "Random acts of kindness"!
