Just wanted to say, absolutely love this channel and I love the concepts that you are taking to running. To the channel creators, if you don't read my comment, fair enough I understand but I am asking for some advice. Before I go and tell my story, I do love the change you have already made to people's lives and I was wondering if you would be willing to listen to mine. Since birth, I have always had a prosthetic leg which has meant my running times will be slower to my friends and I have always wanted to push myself to achieve what I would class, the 'normal human' is capable to do which is to run 5 kilometres in less than 25 minutes. This is always been my goal and I have not accomplished it yet. Whilst in the second major lockdown in 2021, I decided to go for my first run , only managed 2.25 km without stopping and got an abysmal time. I stuck with running until the end of January and I managed to complete my first 5k is 35:56. Very slow and laughable, but I kept at running on and off for 2 and a half years now and my quickest 5k was March this year which was a 27:24. My question to the channel creators, I want to know firstly what advice would you give someone who has ran for 2 and a half years on and off to be able to achieve my goal of a 5k in

4 months post hip replacement and 2 years since my last run I managed a 30.10 parkrun at 59 years. Carrying an extra 15 kilos, I'm in awe of Steve and he's inspired me to lose those 15 kilos and see what I can achieve
