Missed like a ton of things I wanted to talk about in this vid. Think I've just lost the touch. This whole channel is a bit stale and although still okay for the main purpose of serving as a sort of a memorabilia or an album of biking days gone by, this stuff is wearing thin. Not many much care and for a good reason. I ain't no entertainer, I don't have anything unique to say, and what's even worse - currently I am not even sure I am all that much into motorcycles anymore. Initially I thought getting this new bike, a new type of bike, would rekindle the passion and bring back the unique sense of open air rushing by and excitement of the pull on the bike.. alas, I don't think the feeling is there. I toyed yet again with the thought of selling this bike. Wondering if any kind of sadness would settle in.. It didn't make me feel like anything. I was just a tad elated by the chance of being able to get rid of some loans that are wearing me down.. maybe get a better gaming rig than my 7 years old MacBook Pro... possibly start making music again..
I don't know. The winter is coming. I will have plenty of time to think about all that.
We'll see how things look when we awaken again in Spring...

Thanks for watching! We are only separated by a small sea, so it stands to reason we'd have such similar countries :D On my Bobber the scrapes happen a bit too often and I still haven't gotten used to it. The best one was on a roundabout right before a cop, though it is unlikely they heard or noticed it, but I felt like a racing hooligan (even if I was going like 5 km/h..)

Yes… new bobber vid. I was hoping for more upgrades, but I totally get it. You’re one of the people I watch for updates seeing as we have a similar style and of course bobber love. My only hang up is money, the exchange rate for Japanese Yen to almost any other first World money is crap right now so I either A. Find it here in Japan, which is very difficult to do ( not a popular brand here.) (that’s due to repairs from shops literally not working on a bike unless you purchased it from them.) or B. Buying from EU, UK, or US and we’re back to part A.

Had no idea it is so tough owning a Triumph over there. I thought they were a bit better established world-wide.. To be honest, the lack of updates on the bike is due to low funds in my case as well. The interest rates have shot through the roof over here and all my savings are being eaten up by doubled mortgage payments.. I hope they will stop trying to cool off the economy by next summer and we get some breathing room. 'Cause I do want to tidy up the tail a bit more as well, change that hideous rear brake light. And I am still dreaming of whitewall tires as well...

Hang in there mate, we can hunker down through another winter. Whatever you decide to do, I'd say do the thing which will give you new experiences or new people/interactions. Try to share them with someone as well, even if it's just us. I'm guilty of trying to cure boredom with new metal (my Ducati Supersport was very short lived); motorbiking is so diverse it's just choosing what to do with it is the hard part. I tried off-roading and found it hard and painful, track riding very fun but also rather expensive, so now I'm looking more towards light touring and riding alongside my gf, as she is close to getting her full license.

I hear ya. I wouldn't mind doing some green-laining at some point, but I downright hate mud. It is pretty cool that your girlfriend will be riding as well. I can imagine it might be both awesome and nerve-wrecking seeing a loved one ride :D But the idea of light touring does have a certain appeal for me too. I think I will hold on to that thought for the time being and not make any rash decisions..

Thx for this video. i needed that feeling of a ride at the moment. You should definitely do an overnight trip, so much fun. And your bike looks awesome!

I saw the pics of your trip to South Estonia on Instagram and it looked like real fun so if I could do something like that next summer would be really nice. Saving up for the luggage at the moment. I like to bring more stuff than I need just to be on the safe side :D

Hey mate So it's already the last ride of the season 😞 I'm glad I don't really need to stop for the winter, that would suck, I mean, i can't afford a bike and a car at the same time, or at least not the bike I own now😅 Sad to read you think about quiting riding, but sometimes we need to evolve to something else I guess 🙂 We'll see next season if you start again Hope to see ya Peace ✌

Actually that last ride took place well over a month ago already, but didn’t get around to put the vid together.. ☺️ We’ve actually got snow outside already. I’ve started to think that maybe the thing to bring the excitement back would be track-riding, but it’s even more expensive hobby than just riding. I’m sill hoping new year and new riding season will start on a more positive note. 🤞 Thanks for still watching and sharing your thoughts! I really appreciate it! Mercí, mon ami!

@@MargusMoto Ah yes, bad translation from my side. Yeah the bobber isn't made for this kind of job but it could be fun to watch someone try tho 😁

That would be quite an exercise. She really takes quite a lot of muscle to get her to lean over. I noticed it especially after riding the Desert X which felt so incredibly light next to my lump of iron :D
