Liiga uuel rattal võib igasuguseid hädasid olla jah. Selle pärast ma vanema masina peal olengi, sellel pole enam lapsehaiguseid kallal, nüüd on juba keskeakriis 😅

Ha! Enamus põhijuppe on kasutust leidnud teiste masinate peal.

dont focus so much on quality content and such, just deliver videos man. Just seeing you ride is enough really. I’m not a fan of the LUT you’re using though, but that’s just my opinion. =) i also prefer riding ”high”… sitting upwards is a better word =P I hate bikes where you lean forward too much. I can get the part about that you ”HAVE TO” make videos and for me I have also almost lost my interest with riding. I have focused now more on my ”normal” work and haven’t been riding much. Also I’ve been riding with zero cameras and just enjoying riding again. With zero stress about making videos. Maybe try that too. I used to have 52 videos a year, I went down to 24… and now, so far, I have just recorded ONE video this season. KZbin isn’t everything… =)
@MargusMoto
@MargusMoto 3 күн бұрын
If you're talking about the LUT, do you mean the point of view riding footage or the extra side-shots? There is actually no LUT, it is just manually adjusting the colors. Guess I would need to start using 'em :D When I am in traffic (which is pretty much almost all of the time), I want to have the camera running just as dash cam, should something happen. But I've started to not connect the mic as not to be encouraged to "vlog". It's gotten somewhat better. Also - I think once I can start "adventuring" again, venturing into woods and stuff like that it will be more fun again. Just riding in traffic is wearing thin real fast.. As for the leaning forward - I need to try a sport bike. Never ridden one and I totally do not get the appeal (unless ridden on a track)..
@Darkvisor
@Darkvisor 2 күн бұрын
@@MargusMoto the riding footage. LUT is basically a preset of a colorgrade. I have made my own color grading and saved it, so I can then just use it on all my clips. So I have my own LUT. There are others you can use or save your own like I do. But anyways, i don't like your color grading... =P But to each own, if you like it then by all means. I personally dont =) yeah I like to have camera on also, and those times I don't have camera on, of course things happen that would be good to have on tape... I have just grown tired of all the batteries and having to stop and change then and check lens for bugs and clean lens etc etc... =P I wouldn't mind watching "silent" videos from you, Like if you were to ride around and not speak, just engine sound. Try it. =) Yeah try one! They are super uncomfortable and I do not get why people buy them lol...

@MargusMoto
@MargusMoto 3 ай бұрын
The gear indicator was not wrong, turned out I was looking at the odometer 😅 The feel is very similar to 701. I’d say that without riding those back to back it would be difficult to find too many differences. Or possibly on the racetrack it would be more noticeable. The 701 has more torque in the lower rev range and looses a bit of oomph in the higher revs. The Duc becomes alive after mid-range and then just takes off. Not that I have tested that yet though as I am limited to 6K revs during break-in period 🙄

@MargusMoto
@MargusMoto 3 ай бұрын
Katalüsaator on tagumiku all ja sealt lähevad torud lahku.
@theodorstravels

@MargusMoto
@MargusMoto 3 ай бұрын

My only hang up is money, the exchange rate for Japanese Yen to almost any other first World money is crap right now so I either A. Find it here in Japan, which is very difficult to do ( not a popular brand here.) (that’s due to repairs from shops literally not working on a bike unless you purchased it from them.) or B. Buying from EU, UK, or US and we’re back to part A.

Had no idea it is so tough owning a Triumph over there. I thought they were a bit better established world-wide.. To be honest, the lack of updates on the bike is due to low funds in my case as well. The interest rates have shot through the roof over here and all my savings are being eaten up by doubled mortgage payments.. I hope they will stop trying to cool off the economy by next summer and we get some breathing room. 'Cause I do want to tidy up the tail a bit more as well, change that hideous rear brake light. And I am still dreaming of whitewall tires as well...

Hang in there mate, we can hunker down through another winter. Whatever you decide to do, I'd say do the thing which will give you new experiences or new people/interactions. Try to share them with someone as well, even if it's just us. I'm guilty of trying to cure boredom with new metal (my Ducati Supersport was very short lived); motorbiking is so diverse it's just choosing what to do with it is the hard part. I tried off-roading and found it hard and painful, track riding very fun but also rather expensive, so now I'm looking more towards light touring and riding alongside my gf, as she is close to getting her full license.

Yeah, the rear shock upgrade will quite likely come as the ride is at times a bit too jarring even for my liking. But as for the seat - given I haven't ridden more than half an hour in one sitting, it feels quite alright. I am used to the two-by-fours that are the enduro and supermoto seats and I don't weigh too much so it is quite fine.. All this might change though after a longer ride, so the jury is out on this one :D

Yeah seems like most people upgrade the rear sock and the seat seeing as the stock seat is not great for anyone over long haul periods. Look at British customs and of course as the forums for the bobber will all you tell you,…Corbin seats.

@@scubasteve524 Yeah, I've heard nothing but good things about both of those. Unfortunately ordering those to Europe I'd be paying hefty customs.. But first things first - I will worry about the shock and if the seat is still causing me grievances, then it will be replaced next 👍

@@scubasteve524 Very nice! I saw your threads in the forum. 👍 I almost dropped my bike today as well.. Was taking pictures of the bike and moving it around and totally forgot at some point that I had automatically retracted the sidestand when I sat on the bike.. She’s quite heavy when leaned over at a standstill 😁 luckily didn’t lean too far before I realised my mistake
