Emma! Hey! getting a packing routine down takes practice! Buy packing cubes, they will save you time and energy, when it comes to keeping your clothes wrinkled free, and packing more easily! Here’s my how to! First make a packing list. First pack under garments, I do 2bras, one light one dark, however many days, add 3 extra pairs of intimate clothing and socks if needed. Pack 1 tank top, bathing suits, then pack tops, bottoms, shoes, then make sure you have room for makeup-toiletries bag! Then pack cables, wires, chargers, keep your wallet, passport and medications with you! A good method to not over pack, is to bring neutral tops and bottoms you can exchange with other tops and bottoms to make a “new” look! Have fun! Hope that helped!

You do realize you do need Vitamin D everyday so going out in the sun is good thing and there is also a thing called Sunscreen that protects you from getting Skin C you need to find a good sunscreen I wear sunscreen everyday if I am out in the sun.
