I still view Emma as little and it’s shocking to hear some of the topics! But I forget that she’s 20 now and I had my fair share of experience with things at that age too! 😅 Love that your mom is supportive though and open. I didn’t have that and it’s alot harder when you don’t.

where i live, it's normal to start drinking at 13 years old. parents know about their early teens drinking and will buy the alcohol, of corse they don't buy the amount to get you drunk but with everyone having their alcohol, it will. im from quebec in Canada and it was in a smaller town but even in bigger towns big parties would happen so it's pretty much a Quebec thing. got black out drunk mutiple times because i didn't know what my limits were but know i'm 19 and barely drink because i know that i don't need that to have fun. i'm pretty shy in general, so a couple drinks help me be a bit comfortable with other people in parties.

I can totally relate my dad lives 15 mins from me I Haven't seen him in 20yrs or so my mom left when I was 2 in half and he got a new family with my 2 half brothers he never wanted to be in my life 🤷 so thats that its okay moms are the best anyways and your lucky you have step dad and sister to hangout with I've always just had mom and dog. 😕 but it's okay I am trying my best and loving my authentic self.
