Great video, never thought about using the cutter to trim the matrix. always box cutters. And also is that black foil on the job or is that printed???

Yes, synthetic black foil on black card, gave a really nice effect.

Would this Cylinder S be suitable for running a single side card stock 300 gsm size 18" x 25" with 3 sets of tuck top cartons laid out on the print?? I'm talking about cutting pressure and whatnot.

Yes, cut pressure is fairly irrelevant on a cylinder as it only has a single-line of contact with the die unlike a clamshell press. We run boxes all day on our S and SBB cylinders.
