Juste finish the last level (bowser's tower) and you'll see an animation where the little fairy destroy a big rock at the beginning. Then a rocket will appear and send you to the galaxy ! Then finish the 2nd level and you will unlock her

Using power ups with her fells just so boring, her spin attack is overpowered and it’s the funniest thing! Guess the development team nerfed her bcs of that, since if using the spin plus a power would let the game to turn out much easier, and also the button mapping would be harsh to develop
