Guys, this was made by LEGO. It's not gonna be canon, and things will be off due to a different company making the game. They're obviously not gonna know 100% of the lore, and this was made for *kids* to play, not die-hard fans of the original games. This entire map pack is a parody of Portal! It’s downplaying the story, the gameplay... I mean, wouldn’t Glados actively try to destroy Wheatley, after he returned from space? Also, the puzzle mechanics of the original were way more complex than whatever this is. In the original, the portals were a piece of the solution, not just a stepping stone! You could guide lasers through them, carry cubes... not in this game. I blame LEGO’s bad game design.

Y'know, when you think about it, there doesn't really need to be a Portal 3. I mean, The story's done. Chell made it out of Aperture safe, Wheatley's in space, and GLaDOS is placated. It's absolutely his fault. He was a corrupted, greedy moron from the start. If GLaDOS after portal 2 found you in the facility she'd give you a ride back to the surface. She had no more living beings to harm by testing, she just wanted to test. And test until the end of time in the underground facility. But for some stupid reason the LEGO creators decided that Chell that always just wanted freedom for some idiotic reason decided to come back and kill GLaDOS.

When GlaDOS lists the possible side effects of the excursion funnels she should have listed flight as a reference to the cfg (crouch fly glitch) in portal 2 where if you crouch at the end of and excursion funnel you gain the ability to fly and it only ends when you stop crouching

For people saying chell is a bad person in this level for coming back to the facility just to get rid of GLaDOS, it's not actually her fault. If literally anybody played the actual game beforehand. The blue portal she entered through is actualy a dimensional rift. That means both chell, wheatly, and apparently space core were all affected by lord vortech's rift. Chell is only trying to escape again. I guess Chell still trying to defeat GLaDOS is a bit unreasonable, but Chell didint want to go back to defeat her initially, its the dimensional rifts that caused this.

1. GLaDOS doesn't mention Wheatley by his name; but instead he calls him "Moron" or "Idiot," hence her quote "_You're_ the moron that made _me_ an idiot!" 2. The Portal Gun doesn't inflict damage, at least on the earlier versions of the Portal series. 3. Space Core, he's one of my favourites next to Curiosity. Sadly his new voice actor's attempt to his expressions was slow and too much unlikely for Space's quick and adorable "SPAAAAAAAAAAAACE! WE'RE IN SPAAAAAAAAAACE" lines. 4. Mr. Johnson didn't made it into the brain transfer. As he said in one of his lines, if he's already dead before his brain gets uploaded, he wants his staff to let Caroline run the place. As a result, it was GLaDOS. 5. Wheatley isn't smart enough (i'm so sorry my smol bean) to learn about anti-gravity. And portals don't have anything related about "anti-gravity". 6. Shouldn't be Wheatley be dirty and beaten-up? I mean, GLaDOS crushing him after her second awakening, him falling from his rails, getting corrupted after the core transfer, and getting sent into space? Unless there's something up there in space that took care of him along with the other cores, he should looking like he was trashed into a garbage bin. 7. Turrets only fire when they see people (at least in Portal, the only time the Turrets start firing is when Chell steps between the scanning lasers). I know this isn't canon, but at least they should've kept the original game's mechanism so the younger players who haven't played Portal get the idea on how Portal originally works. -I guess if they play this first before the original, I wouldn't be surprised if I see them trying to destroy the turrets and then ending with a cry saying that the game doesn't work properly. :/-

1- Although she never said his name, I don't think that means that she can't . 2- It doesn’t inflate, but they needed something to get it to attack or shoot (Since Portal Gun’s shots are not very strong and barely damage objects) . 3- I think he got tired of Space or because they were supposed to point out the joke that Wheatley can be as annoying as Space Core . 4- This is only used for you to have a Collectible of a known Character (like Doctor Who) 5- Well, I don't think Wheatley doesn't know what Anti-Gravity is, but he just said it was equipped with Anti-Gravity (Maybe it's a kind of side effect of Lord Vorthec's dimensional Portals) Also, Portal takes place in the same universe as Half-Life, and in Half-Life you do have Anti-Gravity thanks to the Gravity Gun 6- Well, I think they wanted to make a cleaner model of it in this version of LEGO 7- Turrets can't walk either, these Turrets are like that for the purposes of Gameplay Mechanics (If you want to make sense of it, just say that target has something that incites them to Shoot) They have certain Mechanics Limitations, they tried to emulate their LEGO Way Portal, and I don't think people are going to have these difficulties, for example I didn't have these problems even though this Pack was my first contact with the Portal series.
