Great video Jayden. I flew Qantas from Brisbane to Cairns in business class 10 years ago and it has in flight entertainment. I was able to listen to some music and watch movies. Wow. I enjoyed your videos and the good news about the video is that there’s a train running from the Brisbane CBD to The airport. It costs less than $5 to get to the airport. Inside the plane, there are USB ports that are operational. However, the entertainment system and wifi was turned off due to COVID19. I also liked it when Qantas B738 used the new runway.

The customer service manager is the same as I had on QF824 from Brisbane to Darwin on Monday 20th of July. Flight was good, not great. Breakfast was the same as before COVID however as the flight departed before 0900 (SCH DPT at 0825) only water and Juice was provided. The flight down (DRW - BNE - DRW) QF837 had a full bar service (in economy as well). Overall not a bad experience, certainly excellent to be back on a aircraft.

Always nice to see a new trip report from you. 😁 The food in the lounge looks tasty, if not a bit spare. As far as on-board snacks...welcome to US domestic service. The combo of seeded crackers and salsa is an unlucky one. Better to serve a chewy granola snack or something similar. No lav tour? 😯 Always look forward to that, especially your focus on the coat hook. Ha ha! Cute shot of the row of relatively useless ones on the sides of the seatbacks...but did anyone notice the hair sticking out from the first seat? Icky. Just a reminder that planes aren't particularly sanitary spaces! Also surprised at lax approach to masks. Here in the US, we are required to wear them in many places now, thankfully - including in airports and all during flights. Too bad so many here behave like spoiled brats and end up getting thrown out of places and off planes. No sympathy. Oh, one question - how is your Chinese name spelled out in English letters? Thanks again for your great work!

So doesn't Qantas require masks on employees and passengers. What are they crazy? Let me tell you as a retired Flight Attendant. Some of the worst virus and flu illness I have ever had, have been within hours to a day after flying. A virus goes right thru the ventilation system, and god forbid the passenger next to you isn't sick and flying. You are basically assured of getting sick. I was really surprised by the lack of precautions, by that flight attendant and some of the passengers. I would have expected more from Qantas.
@JaydenWong4 жыл бұрын
Agree with the ventilation system, as much as everyone brags about them I'm not convinced. I felt like I almost died after I flew Swiss A330 earlier this year. To my fading memory, qantas NEVER served hot meals for BNECNS sector for many years already. Best you get a cold sandwich.

Yay Cairns ! Is Jayden going Scuba diving ? The flight does look pretty full How is that less people flying ? Quantas is cheaping out That “ snack “ is a joke
@JaydenWong4 жыл бұрын
Just snorkeling 😜 actually less people are flying, but then Qantas cancelled many flights to squeeze everyone onto one flight... 🙁 I was originally flying from Sydney not Brisbane

0:40 The first time I ever flew with Qantas was on that A330-300. VH-QPI.
@JaydenWong4 жыл бұрын
I've been on that aircraft several times between Asia and Australia :) where did you fly to with VH-QPI?
@aviationchannel62044 жыл бұрын
@@JaydenWong I think it was in 2014, and the plane wasn't refurbished yet. It was QF98 to Brisbane.
