Thanks for the tips & info! Doing my first Goruck Heavy in October in Pittsburgh. Do they take any Pictures during the event or just what you take personally?

You won’t be taking any pictures. Sometimes the cadre will snap some or someone will “shadow” the event and take some. At worst, someone will take a picture at the end.

Great video, quick question, I've done 12 Spartans last year, only 3 this year, and have backed off training alot from last year bc of injury. I'm a 40 year old female. I'm starting to consider dropping out, some of the videos of the light rucks make me wonder if I should wait, i don't want to hold back the team. Any thoughts?

If you're doing a Light, you should be just fine. Show up and don't quit. (Unless you're currently injured... then, consult a physician to make sure you're good for this level of exercise). But, if you can do a Spartan, you'll be ok on a Light. Remember: Light doens't equal easy. But, it sure is fun :)
