I am planning for trip for end of month too. I won't have any check in luggage though. My carry on won't be large either. I most likely won't take my Leica Q, not only you need to take the camera, you need to also pack the charger and the adapter for the charger and cable to transfer the photo? Yeah, won't bring powerbar and stuff like how i pack for road trips. Lucky that i got a small Muji bag that can take on all my devices need. that one is my favourite. COme to think of it, i should pack my expandable bag for purchases. god. i almost forgot that i DO plan to shop when i am in Japan/Hong Kong.
