Usually when I'm feeling depressed and anxious I always try to paint something or write. Staying at home without doing something feels even worse. I really loved this video and I think that these efforts that you do for maintaining yourself out of difficult moods and mental places are incredible. Sometimes our biggest effort may come in the form of leaving the bed or preparing something to eat. Keep being healthy and taking care of you, thank you for the journey you're sharing always with us. ❤

저는 종종 나른해 진다고 할까요, 몸은 일상에 따라 바쁘게 움직이고 있는데 정신은 침잠하는 거 같을 때가 있어요. 어쩌면 슛뚜님의 슬픔과 다르지만 비슷할 수도 있을 거 같아요! 이럴 땐 뭔가 자극이 필요하더라고요. 다음 달의 여행 일정이든, 새로운 만남이나 설렘이든, 심지어 일을 엄청 벌려서 몰입기도 하고, 사실 전부 귀찮기도 하지만, 자극거리를 만들고 계획해야 좀 그런 기분이 흩어지고, 떠오르는 느낌이 들곤 해요. ㅋㅋ 오늘의 영상도 좋았고, 그림이 너무 멋져요. 전시회도 하시면 꼭 알려주세요!
