Thank you for showing the outfit combinations! It’s one of those things you wish people would show in packing videos, and they rarely do!

I’m so glad that was helpful! (It took some time to try them all on & take photos🤪), but it’s nice seeing how it all comes together, right?!? Thanks so much for the feedback & for checking out the video!

Pretty impressive! It’s nice to be able to see so many outfits using the same few pieces!

It was crazy how many different looks I was able to create using those few pieces. I didn’t even end up using all of the options, but it was nice to know that I could. I did a lot of layering and wore quite a few things multiple times. I was able to get some of my clothes cleaned halfway through our trip at a laundromat and hand-washed a few items. I’m not sure that there is anything that I didn’t wear at least once except for my black flats. I never wore them.

Great tips. But it appears you have liquids in several places. What about the 3-1-1 liquids bag rule?
@DanielleWarren Жыл бұрын
Good catch.😉 when I packed it all together in my bag, I put all the liquids together in a ziplock on the top of the suitcase. I also had one Ziploc bag in my backpack as well. When I got to Mexico, I re-organized and put the bottles in different pockets. I didn’t have any problems.

I have a trip coming up in August to Denver, and then right after to Puerto Vallarta hey Mexico and I do try to pack as minimal as I can. Every time I travel in a 45 L backpack.

That’s awesome! It’s truly an art to pack that minimally. Props to you!🙌

A robe has only one use. I’d pack a long cardigan that could also been worn outside if it got cool.

Fair enough. I guess we all have those things we pack that aren’t entirely practical. Lol! That’s a great idea, though. 😉 Maybe I’ll do that next time.

Great tip for packing for 2 climates. Having never traveled to Mexico, I would not have thought of that until I researched the weather in those areas. Awesome thing to know before leaving home! 😉Great bag tips and good to see how you use them. Love seeing all your wardrobe combinations! Love that most of your outfits are light weight. Such great info and tips! So helpful that you shared ideas from the different categories of what to take on a long trip.💜

Thank you! Yeah, it’s crazy how drastically different the weather is in different parts of Mexico (the same can be said for the U.S. too). The altitude in Mexico City is what makes it so much colder. I think it’s like a 2-mile high city. I was amazed at how light I packed for this trip. It was awesome how versatile the clothes weee. The key was that most things were neutral and could be layered. Thanks so much for watching!

Love that scarf idea! How do you tie it like that?
@DanielleWarren5 ай бұрын
Thank you! Yes, using scarves to accessorize and change outfits up is something that I love to do. It doesn’t take up a lot of space and can totally change an outfit. Let me see if I can explain this in a way that’s understandable. It’s so super easy, but it’s hard if I don’t actually show you. I have a long scarf, and I fold it in half. Then I take it and I put it sideways so that the open ends are on one hand and the folded edge is in the other hand. Take the top two corners and tie them together. Then you have a little vest out of your scarf. Hope that helps and makes sense! 🥴 Let me know if you need to explain better. 🤪 I maybe should do a tutorial on this. Ha!

Thank you! I know you posted this quite a while ago, but do you happen to know where I can get that black short sleeved keyhole top you said didn't wrinkle easily? That's so my style! 😍

The top is from New York & Company, but I’m not sure how long ago. The tag says “7th Avenue Design Studio, New York & Company.” Sorry I can’t be more helpful. Thanks for checking out the video!

Any idea re mosquito spray as tried it all and zero works even deet?
@DanielleWarren9 ай бұрын
I’ll be honest… I hate bug sprays (the way they smell and feel) but I hate bug bites even more. My go to lately has been Young Living’s insect repellent wipes. They are individually packaged and deet-free. They are labeled as great for repelling mosquitos and ticks. That’s what I use when I travel currently.
