You should definitely be taking strong antihistamines from March onwards every night and even one in the morning so it’s in your system properly and doesn’t run out or think about hay fever injections and do things like cover arms legs wear gloves and a mask when cutting trees grass etc and shower straight after and wash up your noses and never hang washing outside because that is definitely not something either of you should consider since your allergy sufferers and invest in some locally made honey and take one large spoonful daily , it has to be local honey for your area and pollinated trees or it won’t be as effective, hope your both feeling better and have a fantastic holiday

Thank you so much! We’ve tried everything and have had to resort to stronger doses of antihistamines prescribed by our doctor. We live in the countryside so get affected quite badly.

Don't you two take a daily antihistamine tablet for your hayfever? Far more effective than Beconase or equivalent non branded nasal sprays, changed my life quite literally! You can get a packet of 30 for a £1.
