I wish someday she could make a video about how to go through the breakup, if she ever feel comfortable doing it. She is a true inspiration after what has happened, how she is dealing with everything (of course we don't know what is going on off camera). But still, I have so much respect for her because of that, how she is so positive, glowing, smiling. She has such a strong personality and I wish her nothing but the best and happiness.

Swychek The best way to get through a breakup is to keep busy. Make plans, have things to do everyday, spend time with friends and do things you enjoy doing. Which is basically what Amelia is doing. Busying yourself helps keep your mind off things then eventually enough time will have passed when you don’t hurt as much 💕
