Thanks for the video! We are doing the Gokyo Ri and Gokyo Lakes trek this Nov/Dec with Crystal Mountain Treks. We have been provided a lot of information and the packing list they provided is pretty similar to what you note in this video. In addition to the items you mention, I'm also going to bring gaitors, a wide brim hat, a Swiss Army knife (has tools to adjust trekking poles, scissors to cut moleskin, etc), electrolyte mix packets, lubricating eyedrops, iodine tablets, antibiotics (in case of food poisoning, etc), throat lozenges, probiotics, vaseline, an antihistamine, lip ointment with SPF, and a deck of playing cards. Hopefully I won't need some of these things!

There is an old store in Thamel, it is more like a warehouse named Kalapathar where u can buy stuffs for trekking like Jackets, bags, sleeping bags and trekking gears it is cheaper than the other places n it is quite popular.

This spring me and my friends are going for dolpo trek(phoksundo lake) which is like underrated in sort of popularity but it'll be more fun to explore western part of Nepal different people tribe food culture that a lot of tourist are still unaware of. I recommend you to do this trek you'll be able to explore Nepal from different perspective.
