I hope you plan on getting real good winter clothes (coats, hats, socks, etc.). Leaving in Canada can be really cold, but Toronto is usually a bit hotter than the rest of Ontario (I know since I've lived there for 10 years). Good luck on your new journey!!

You should scan everything when you get back and just keep digital copies, then you can recycle or shred the papers. You should always save boxes for Apple products in case something breaks and you need serial numbers
