Very helpful, thanks. The tip about hanging the chain on the bar in the back was helpful too. Not sure why EVOC doesn't have a detailed video about this.

Did your bag also come with the fork padding? It looks like you have it in your video, but I purchased the Evoc Pro bike bag that includes the rail/rack system, yet no fork padding (which my older Evoc Pro bike bag included). Any idea why? I'm probably going to wrap the fork in foam pipe insulation since there's not much protection there.

Hey Laura! Mine did come with the fork padding. I believe you are correct in that the first gen pro bag came with that fork padding. I agree that foam pipe insulation or using a pool noodle cutting a slit in it lengthwise works really well.

I have a question does your bike have hydraulic brakes and does that cause problems with the fluid leaking out
@jasonInBTR Жыл бұрын
No problem with fluid leak as long as you put either the SRAM/Shimano provided spacer between the pads or some other shim to keep them from pushing in with pressure changes in flight.

I am so lazy, can I keep the pedals on the bike? 😅

cool; no need to remove rear derailleur?

Hey there Juan! I have since moved to SRAM AXS and I do remove the derailleur and chain because it is so easy.

imo it's worth it just to take it off, if your bike gets a hit there it's going to bend your hanger and mech

That frame is an extra cost, correct?
@jasonInBTR Жыл бұрын
It is included with the pro model but can also be purchased separately. 100% worth it.
