Immune essentially, Amphibians like Frogs are much more tolerant to toxins then we are. Plus their skin is built to tank the bites and stings without feeling pain.

If you noticed the pedes couldn't get their actual venom fangs into the frog, because the frogs skin is so slippery. The pedes had to use their actual mouths to chew, or bite the frogs which barely did anything. They couldn't get their venom to sink in. The frogs are also highly tolerant.
