The Ghost Gang's colors, names, nicknames, and behaviors are as follows: Red = Blinky, A.K.A. Shadow. He's the leader, and his M.O. is to aggressively chase Pac-Man directly. Pink = Pinky, A.K.A. Speedy. She's the ambusher, her objective is to be a few steps ahead of Pac-Man so that she can cut him off at the pass. Cyan = Inky, A.K.A. Bashful. He's the timid one, his goal is ideally to chase after Pac-Man, but he'll turn around and go the other way when he's within a certain distance from Pac-Man out of fear, but for some reason, he's the cool guy type here. Orange = Clyde, A.K.A. Pokey. He's the gullible one, all he does is wander around aimlessly, but for some reason he's the timid one here.

from what i know about Inky's and Clyde's AI are :- Inky : (cant explain this one but i know how it's behavior) Clyde : Clyde's AI movement is the same as Blinky but instead, if he is close enough to pacman or in a sphere shaped area around pacman, his ai will make him go to the bottom left of the maze or his corner. if he is far away from pacman then he will behave back to normal or blinky

Inky depended on where blinky was. I don't know the exact things but I do know they try to block him off or at least be in front or around pac man when blinky is a little far or in a certain spot. Clyde isn't just wandering around but he just picks a spot and goes there and then he picks a new one when he's done. Also Pinky tries going in front of pac man, but a little to the left. Its like blinky but they don't think about it much and realize they went the wrong way. I heard that Clyde would go near pac man in a circular radius though.
