Pacs002 is transaction level or batch level report?

Dear Jean Paul, very nice video ! It is helping me a lot. I have an additional question: if a pacs.008 is rejected, the creditor bank will issue a pacs.002; does the money need to be returned through a pacs.004 by the creditor bank or does the pacs.002 send the amount back "automatically"? In general when the creditor bank receives the pacs.008, settlement has already happened in the interbank space. So funds are returned with a Pacs.004. That can be done automatically. In the interbank space, the pacs.002 does not carry any funds. It is just a report. So it is used only if settlement has not happened yet. I hope this helps. All the best.
