Paddle board illness,

After paddle boarding in the river for the first time, I became ill and unwell. An ambulance and a short time in the hospital were required. Was it the river that made me sick or was it food poisoning?

Haha, thank you. It hasn't stopped me at all. I even tried paddle boarding again in our Scotland videos. There's just no stopping me!

Good morning! Something I came across and wondered if this is interesting for you: there are Kajak seats for paddle boards. So depending on how you feel this could be an option? Stand, kneel or even sit? Whatever feels best during your exercise. Anyway, happy you feel better. And we are all looking forward to see more naval adventures 👋🏼😅

Hi Jim, thank you for your comments and well wishes. I have seen the seats for paddleboards and they definitely seem like something I could try. I watched an interesting YT video that demonstrated half a dozen different styles and prices, so definitely interested. It won't be long before I'm back on the board...or in the water 🤣 We have a campervan trip planned for the back end of next week so hopefully I will be able to include the paddleboard at some point 👍
