I have been using a kayak cart for many year’s with smaller wheels. I should look into buying one with bigger wheels this year!

I definitely have to invest in one of those NRS Guide shirts. Looking good!

I have the Suspenz DLX cart and agree with Ken, I find it an indispensable piece of gear. It disassembles and fits inside my sea kayak hatches so I take it with me when needed, or (camping trips when hatches are full of gear) I disassemble and strap it to the top of my kayak deck. It has been great on even the most evil of portages - a tough and durable cart for sure.

Thanks Mary! Great to hear from someone who has really put it to the test.

Another great video ken. The kayak trolley is probaly the best single piece of kit other than the paddle for solo paddlers . I use a sea tug trolley that fits into my dagger stratos rear hatch . But it also hauls my big fat mad river canoe too. Thanks ken. 🐢

Keep the product reviews coming;always learn something both about the products and enhancing the paddling experience. I hope you do many more[every 6-8weeks,something to look forward to learning about] I have referred quite a few different paddlers in my area to your paddle t.v. channel and equipment reviews.Great work!

You can drink just as well from a soda bottle; cost: $0.00. The canoe pack looks very nice; I would spend less (a quarter?) on a similar product, though. The kayak carts can be very useful to those who take longer trips, especially on rivers (when they have to portage a dam, for instance). Shop around, though: you can get a cart for a third of the price. Unless, of course, money is no issue - in that case, get the most expensive one and enjoy it while everyone on the water envies you your flashy wheels.

8:44 Do you have a kayak cart to recommend that is packable, suitable to tag along on multiday?

sea to summit makes a wayyyy better canoe pack, that DOES act as a dry bag. plus don't turn "portage" into an english pronunciation by removing it's accent (making it sound like "Portije". it is french, pronounced "Portaage". when you say it the wrong way it sounds like you are talking about porridge, like for breakfast.

Thank you! Totally agree. I cant stand the wrong pronunciation. Everyone in Canada says it the correct way.

too bad the sandles aren't adjustable in back - My feet are super wide (over 8E) but one is about 3 sizes smaller - I almost always get a pair to fit the big foot.... can't do that if can't adjust the heel of a sandle closer to front.
