Nice video, last time we talked you said you were upgrading your sound setup. Did you get that new mike, because the audio is even better, then i remember.

@@welltell. I upgraded to a shotgun microphone a while a go, but still trying new settings. I think the new settings I tried on this video show pretty good resilts.
@welltell.3 жыл бұрын
@@PaddyPatrone Well I think you should save that setting. Just in case you forget. Because it is really good. The sound is so good, it really feels like I am at an airshow.

Thank you for the wonderful video and the opportunity to "go along" for an exhilarating ride replete with aerobatics. My congratulations both to the owner of that beautiful Mustang and those pilots that are fortunate to fly a historic icon of the "Greatest Generation." The P-51D Mustang is one of my favorites and every time this aging 'baby boomer' hears the snarl of that V1650 Merlin my heart skips a beat. Thank you again. "Blue skies and tailwinds." My God that Merlin sings.......SSWWEEEEET! ❤👍

Five Stars. Remarkable videography and music. What a gift to the audio visual senses on one of the most iconic warbirds of WW2. Thank you so much for uploading.

What music! Angels singing! 😇 The noise level is too much, low frequencies your entire skin and bones get to sense it... and then the wind thru the canopy, and the feedback on the stick... memories, and then freedom

I've always found the contrast in engine sound inside the cockpit vs. outside so interesting - you wouldn't get a sense of what a beast it is if somehow you were only able to hear it within the cockpit. What a pure joy!
@bustabanana3 жыл бұрын
To some degree that's a good thing, because for long missions the pilots would loose their shit with 110 decibels in the cockpit

At first: NO microphone can caught the sound of such abeast - only the whole human body can transmit this to the brain...Ears, eyes, body. Today, the 19.06.2023 at MGL Open Air-port Event, i have seen , heard and feel a P51 for my first time in real life... flown by very high skilled Pilot Herr Raab, does a simulated high speed ground- attack flyby with that beautyful "Frances Dell" over the whole runway... from left to right against the wind - and folks, I SWEAR, not only me, because also the whole crowd and plane-spotters, also kiddys are speechles for about 3 seconds - and then applause and yellings all around - what an impressive and emotional moment !!! That Merlin V12 do a high pressure to your chest, and the agressive beasty sound is not from this planet !!!!!!!! Like and Thank You for your TOP Video again! 🎖🏆🎖 Greetz, Frank ♥

Danke für Dein schönes Vid. like

These old warbirds have earned the right to be babied the way they are. Of course I realize they are worth millions, but I think these guys who own and fly them, really love them, and would pamper them if they were picked up for $50.00. Me? I'd have given Frances a kiss and a pacifier before leaving.
