I still cannot believe the perseverance it took to go out there and do what you did, what you always do. Rest in peace Ricky lad, 2 years ago I came so close to ending my life, had it not been for a call from me friend hours before I planned to go through with it I wouldnt be here. It's been 2 years of pain, growth and learning but I am so thankful and more aware than ever. For all of us who didnt make it and specially for those of us still here struggling; reach out lads, break the cycle our fathers and grandfathers couldn't.
