Green stick fracture forearm in children is common after fall over outstretched hand ,
Periosteum in Peadiatric age group is very thick even after fracture periosteum at one end will be in continuity leads to a Green stick fracture effect., Management simple traction and reduction of fracture in few cases needs closed controlled Osteoclasis Above Elbow (AE) POP slab for 3 to 5 weeks.

Three cases has lot of clinical scenario to explain 1st case of refraction of healed #, sustained again a green stick #, 2nd case ulna radius r incomplete # due to attachment of periosteum 3rd case if u see post reduction X-ray radius volar cortex unable to reduce completely as intact dorsal periosteum.
