Love this kind of wedding over the big phony fancy church wedding.

Same here, dude! Big phony fancy church weddings are stressful as hell and a huge waste of money to boot! Not to mention all of that emotional nonsense surrounding them.
@marvinthemaniac7698 Жыл бұрын
I like this just as much as a Buddhist wedding! It's quiet, has a minimal amount of guests, and it's not frivolous. If my wedding took the form of a traditional Christian ceremony, it would wig me out because of my sensory issues.

What a beautiful ceremony. I would like my own wedding someday to be like yours. Can I ask what the name of the music is that accompanies the video, and who performs it? Is it a Lithuanian song?

Some modern pagans do non legally binding cermonies, under the condition of "til our loves wanes', instead of until death. Tis an option for people interested in either not legally marrying or not committing for life

Lovely Inclusion of fire,water,sun,trees in rituals is Sanatana (Hindu)dharma practice . We all were one people. We were originally connected with each other. Sudden advent of Christianity and Islam created differences among mankind and man started destroying nature/humans etc. Can you imagine this music, these people with this culture will ever harm anyone? They will never harm anyone. Its spiritual relationship between human+nature +God. Its devine, it's pure. Religion ruined human peace. Human needs spirituality..I.e union between nature and man. Nobody needs religion. I feel relieved after watching this. .

You surely belive how xtremists Hindus of India are rampaging and destroying others religion people in India and around. This original shape of paganism is pure, its Hinduism that took a lead and twisted it round.

Originally, marriage oaths were sworn upon a rock, hammer, or large ring (think torc) in ancient times. Eventually, small rings became dominant and it's likely that a number of reasons influenced this transition. Perhaps, this was due to the transition from small tribes (about 150 people) where everyone knew each other (and hence, whom was married to whom) to large settlements where not everyone knew each other (and hence, not everyone knew who was married). So, the display of rings on necklaces or fingers were able to let others know that the individual was married. Furthermore, rings have no origin in Judeo-Christianity and are not mentioned in ancient Jewish marriages. Among many other traditions including Easter and Christmas (Yule), it was originally from European paganism and was later incorporated into Judeo-Christianity.
@ShiGuyRadon5 жыл бұрын
Rings have been used in weddings since ancient Egypt, Greece, and Rome. Sure it might not be 100% traditional, but it’s also not entirely a Christian concept

@@cheryledwards7064 Dear friend, about "The True Living God", not everyone worships him, nor think that's the truth. There are different religions in this world and us Pagans worships the nature. It has nothing, I mean literally NOTHING to do with the bible or satan. Not all pagan practice witchcraft and practicing it doesn't 'always' mean you are a satanist. If you believe in your god, we pagans are not against it but you should give that respect to us too.
