Wow really great that there is some variation to the pieces everyone knows. Great performance! As a side note, I think this is not the Kreisler arrangement since this performance has the last section after the big tutti.

You are correct. This can’t be the Kreisler version, I have played it and have the music next to me. I believe this is taken out from the original Paganini Concerto No. 2 in b minor. Unsure which movement though, maybe the 3rd?
