This is so funny, Elizabeth had a masterclass with Ivry Gitlis back in Graz University in Austria, Maestro’s La Campanella sounds the best to me. Anyway, Maestro Gillis said to Elizabeth that he has to pay a ticket to her performance knowing nothing that she had study with his long terms friend / colleague legendary Ruggiero Ricci. He did not know that she played all 24 Paganini Caprices at 12 year s old plus Paganini Concerto number 1 with whole Whole Cadenza. I have it somewhere. Then Maestro called Julia Ricci right from the stage to congratulate her with Elizabeth performance. Very touchable and sensible movement. Where else we can find an old, the best violin school in the world... ?
