nope. This is actually the third movement from Paganini's 2nd Violin Concerto.....And then Liszt did his arrangement for Piano and transposed his arrangement to G sharp minor..... The Saxophonist played the exact flow from Paganini's work

He was just fixing small imperfection in however the reed was playing lol, ligature, and reed lineup can change sound, he could’ve also been adjusting the mouthpiece on the cork, sopranos usually tune a little worse than other horns in the family.
