0:48 in kpop, making a comeback doesn't mean that an artist was gone for a long time. In kpop, we just say someone makes a comeback for every new single/album that they release. Kpop artists usually go on music shows, like the one you watched, to promote their new song.

Ateez and Stray Kids actually have 3 performances together with another group called BTOB! At the show Kingdom the rappers, dancers and main vocalists of each group did a performance together. (The songs they performed on Kingdom are called Wolf, Love Poem and Colours and all 3 three groups together are called Mayfly)

ATEEZ said they ran into BTS after their performance and BTS complimented them. Two ATEEZ members previous trained at BTS's company, so it probably was extra special for them. Also, most music shows put out fancams for each member in addition to the regular performance. You should watch San's fancam for that Wonderland comeback stage. When Hongjoong smacks him, he smiles like he enjoyed it. A group's first song is their debut. All the songs promoted after the first (song/album) are called comebacks. Not many kpop groups actually sing live & dance at the same time like Ateez usually do (as they did in this first video which might be why the dancing was toned down a bit). Most groups lip-synch so it makes it easier for them to dance & perform. Ateez actually have a demon line which consist of 3 of the members, Seonghwa (in the all red outfit), Hongjoong (the rapper) & San (with pink hair) & they are called this because they seem to become almost possessed when they get on stage, they put so much into their performances. As you like a bit of guitar you should check out their latest (Japanese) comeback Rocky (Boxer's Version) & their performance stage of the same song.

Also the dance moves are not old school they are really hard and require a lot of body control, it's just not the typical hip hop/r&b you are used to seeing. 14:55 atinys are doing their fan chants. for each performance fans have own official fan chant (created by group`s agency), so fan chant changes every time for each performance. yea everything is dificult😅also groups have their official own colours, slogan, logo, lightstick (with personal name😂) fandoms have names, you already know it. groups have eras (named by albums groups are comebacking with) plus a LOT of other personal staff for each element of group culture. as i said before everything is sooo dificult

So, one thing to note about the Fireworks performance you reacted to: At that particular time they were down one member (Mingi, the red headed rapper from "Wonderland" performance that you like) as he was on hiatus for mental health reasons, and they were also filming the show "Kingdom: Legendary War" so they were practicing for their comeback performance, going to shoot these music show appearances, and then practicing for their Kingdom performances, and not getting a whole lot of sleep in the process. In behind the scenes footage from Kingdom, they discuss how exhausting their schedule was at that time, so that's probably the reason that anything would have felt off about that particular performance. Luckily Mingi is back and doing well, and Ateez wrapped up the end of their rescheduled world tour on May 12th in Amsterdam (they were getting ready to go on tour when COVID hit). They are currently in Saudia Arabia, having performed at a festival in Jeddah, and they are gearing up for a comeback on 07.29.2022.

U mentioned one of them looked like he was possessed. That was Seonghwa. And ATEEZ is the only group that I'm aware of with what we call a Demon Line. There is dance lines...rap lines, vocal lines, groups of 2 3, even 4 members that specialize in one thing or another or more. However, in ATEEZ we have a demon line. It consists of Seonghwa, Hongjoong, and San. There are a few live preformances, like "Wonderland, Halloween". "HALA HALA," And any Halloween preformance. Since they debuted October 24th, they love to do special preformances for Halloween. They have done one every year since debut, including the first year "Pirate King, Zombie Busking." And Black Cat, Nero MV. So the demon line come thru so much in these videos, as well live preformances.

You need to watch Ateez's kingdom performances. They have also 3 collab stages in there with stray kids and btob (rap, dance and vocal units). I think you will love it. Worth mentioning are also immortal song performances (it's all live vocals and I think is like 5 of those). Great that you decided do Ateez live. They are not called kings of performance for nothing. They do all this while singing live. No one does it like them and cant. They hv a vocal king, best choreo, they are also best dancers in kpop and visual group. Not only my word reaction channels said that to. I dont know if anyone mention their theme space pirates. They look intimidating on stage but they are the loudest in kpop and most chaotic. I Hope you do a guide soon and more reaction to.

If you'd like to react to another stage, i'd recomment the Kingdom Stage really much. It's my favourite stage of Ateez.
