Excellent reaction from the very first vocal note when you bust out laughing to the last of the video when you again laughed seemed very genuine. I hope to see you do the Pain Remains Trilogy with lyrics, overlaid on the music videos, it is absolutely stunning. Also something to remember is that even though the lyrics are not obvious to the layman, they are an ESSENTIAL part of the experience with metal music.

seeing austin archey (the drummer) do all this live just as well is just... im impressed by every member of this band but austin is unreal. this would be deathcore. generally speaking its about as heavy as it gets, though theres always heavier bands offcourse haha.

To give a brief summary, this whole album (Pain Remains) is a concept album about someone who learns how to lucid dream and uses it to escape reality. This song, Welcome Back O' Sleeping Dreamer, is the first song on the album, so it is about the initial realization of becoming lucid during a dream. It's intense, confusing, and scary. The rest of the album is about the person getting more used to the idea of lucid dreaming, at some points using it to become omnipotent. And then the last three songs, Pain Remains I, II, & III, are all about losing meaning even in the dream.

Talk about being thrown in at the deep end reacting to Lorna shores heaviest song 😂 surprisingly the pain remains album isn't satanic at all it's a concept album about somebody trying to escape reality by creating a world in his dreams which was heavily inspired by a character in an anime that will (the singer) had watched 😁

*Beware: spoilers for the game* I found the trailer pretty disappointing actually. Especially because the waiting 'until dawn' isn't something important in the game, so it feels really weird to make it a thing now. The filmmakers seemingly ignored all the interesting things (the backstory of the miners, the legend of the wendigo, the downward spiral Josh goes through). I'm not a horror fan, but I loved the game because it had all the other elements too. But it looks like the movie is going to be horror galore, so I won't be watching it, unfortunately.
