Verg! I wanted to let you know I appreciate the content. The algorithm gave me your shadow Gallade video on your return at the start of March and I've been watching you since. I've been really getting into GBL more after a few seasons break and I've picked up a lot of good tips from you on what's changed in the metas. Specifically some of your comments about how you handle certain matchups involving new mons have gone a long way for me, saving me trial and error. I also got to try your Tropius team the last day or two of spring cup, it was fun and got me some easy wins, so thank you for that. I play pretty much exclusively GL and the remixes but I do check out some of your other league videos just because I really enjoy your presentation style. Your extremely chill, laid-back attitude, relentless optimism, and humility are a refreshing, winning combo. I think you do an excellent job on the videos and it's fun to see you constantly improve on the quality. I have some small pieces of feedback for you that are by no means critical. (I know you implement a lot of the suggestions though! If you didn't implement any of these, I think that would be just fine too). * The intros could often benefit from some visual aids. I think if you showed more on screen at the start, like all those team comps while you listed them here, it could help with engagement. I know it would add a fair amount of work to each video, but I think hooking people at the start is key. For extra visual interest, when you discuss the battler, you could potentially show their name on the leaderboard like you add in the thumbnail sometimes (or a screenshot of their YT username or page in this example). I have seen other creators use B-roll footage of the game as well, even if not perfectly relevant, it adds some interest on screen when all else fails. * I have seen it suggested in other comments, but a quick review of the IV's of your team could be good - it's often a big confidence boost to me when I know the content creator is running a sub-optimal IV spread on a mon, for example. * Personally I love to hear about higher level analysis, like looking at the team on pvpoke and talking about corebreakers, specific shield scenarios (1v1, 2v2, etc) outside of the battles and I think that could also be a good addition, especially for the recap at the end of a video, for those that want more. It would be a good way to briefly discuss matchups that we didn't get to see in the battles, or to drive home key important points about how to play the team the best. * The chapter/timestamps are great, you could even take these further highlighting certain leads or matchups for people to rewatch or skim to. (This is a lot of extra work though, for sure). * Separate videos about the meta at the start of a cup (that don't even feature battles) often get me excited to try a different mon than I would have otherwise, I think those are fun and I would enjoy seeing your take. * I notice sometimes if you make a tiny mistake, like an editing quirk, misremembering the battle as you watch it back, or calling a mon/move by the wrong name, you spend some time apologizing. I think you could stand to brush those off more easily and push past. I know that on social media, folks are quick to point these things out, and I often find myself being 'defensive' ahead of time when it comes to things like that. (Don't sweat the small stuff, basically. As a viewer, I'm definitely not!). You're doing really great! Thanks again. Wishing you success in GBL, on KZbin, and in life.

Thank you for your words and for the amount of effort that this comment took! I take everything asked for by my viewers into consideration. Everything won’t get implemented on time considerations alone. If you go back and view the first videos I did it was extreme the editing I was doing (and I loved doing it and loved the product!) eventually time became too much of an issue for me and I’ve come back and left YT many times. I’m trying to balance this more this time around so as to really make this work as I love doing it! I would love to add as much as possible and I think everything you’ve written here is valid and I wish I could do!

No offense, man, but when someone leads Gligar and doesn’t have an answer to the best ice Pokémon, you know you’re playing on easy mode. 😅 Dewdong is an amazing switch, so in general people are very likely to have an answer to it.
