Page Templates within Layout File | Chief Architect

I haven't discussed much about Layout Files, and a Facebook group question arose this past week that made me think I need to do a tip on Layout files.
Did you know you can have multiple template pages within the same Layout file? Not to confuse template pages with Template files.
A Template file is a file that has settings and info already set up so you can quickly start a layout file.
A template page is within the same file where you can quickly change a particular page's template page so that the border, or info shown is different and you can keep one Layout file with multiple page looks.
Now, you cannot make multiple page sizes within the same Layout file.
