It’s just shocking how the majority of Zim musicians snubbed Prince K Musarurwa’s funeral- hard to believe !! He also never received enough airplay yet some of his songs are by far some of the best ever produced and recorded in our country! His teachings at his age were profound and par excellence. Songs such as “Muchaneta, Gogodera, Magumbo, Dzorai moyo, Muchakwakuzirwa not to mention Ndirwo rudo etc.” Talk of morals- you left a good reputation, mbuya Musarurwa raised you well, hatina kumbonzwa mbiri yezvakaipa. Yes I felt pain when Dr Tuku died but I was comforted by the fact that he had lived almost a full life and had family and kids and had seen it all so I find it difficult to take Prince's death easily He was a find gentlemen with good character, talented, cultured and very humble and in my mind I thought He would be like Dr Oliver Mtukudzi considering his lyrics and bear and cultural richness in his music.
