अरबी के डंठल का भी यूज होता है, डंठल के बाहर के रेसे निकाल ले, फिर छोटे छोटे पीस करके सुखा दे, फिर कभी भी उसकी सब्जी बना सकते हो

Sir G aap jo pahadi khana banate hai vo dekh ke hi muh me pani aa jata hai.....last time wali besan ki jo vadiya banai thi use dekh ke mumbai ki Kothambir vadi yaad aa gai.agar aap ek chota sa Restaurant chalu karde to ek aacha business devlop ho sakta hai...or hum jese logo ko ghar jesa khana khane ka moka miljaye..😂

अरबी के बहुत सारे पत्तों को लेकर बेसन और मसाले,नमक डालकर पत्ते पर पत्ते बेसन का लेयर बिछाकर एक पर एक रखते हुए फिर बेलनाकार लपेट कर धागे से बांध कर उबालें।फिर ठंडा कर उसके स्लाइस काटकर पकौड़े के रुप में तलकर खाएं या ग्रेवी बनाकर उसमें डालकर खाएं।इसे गिरवछ कहते हैं।बड़ा मजेदार होता है।

West Bengal me yeh bare hi swad se khaya jata h ....Isme se upar ka layers hatakar, chhote chhote size katkar ,ubala jata Hai.Phir use nichorkar Pani fek Kar pise Daal ki Bari ya chapari jaisa banakar ,mangraila aur sukhe mirch ka tarka lagakar bhuna jata Hai.sukhe Chawla k sath achha lagta Hai.Aap Daal ki jagah shrimp ya chhoti machhali bhi daal sakte ho.

You can wrap the paste of urd daal around it & let dry. Then cut in small pcs & store it. You can make sabzi with potatoes.

Hp me isse beju kehty hai or bade bale ko ghandyali... Iski yha pr sabji bnti hai madra... Beju k patte ka patrode bnte hai and ghandyali ko tal kr bnaya jata hai humare yha... BAki bache huye dande ka koi kaam nhi hai 😅...... Isk sath ghee nhi khatte hai😅
