I made Besan laddoos today Kabita. And followed all the tips you have given in this recipe. Isse pehle mere haath se kai baar ghee zyaadaa padaa hai. And then I would just keep adding more roasted besan to the mixture. Then some more sugar to adjust the sweetness. Aaj first attempt mein hi perfect ban gaye. Perfect texture, colour and flavour.
