I also suffer from seasonal depression, not too severe but it's here. I am trying to wake up earlier and go outside more or at least be active. It's a good idea to go in person at least a couple times a week. Anyway, loved the vlog so keep making them! ❤

It’s SO expensive here too lol. I think it really just depends what kind of exercise routine you prefer. I know myself and I need a class or some kind of structure if I want to stay accountable… and OTF always makes me feel like I got a good workout in! So it’s worth it for me but probably not for everyone
