Omg that happen to me when I was young too :( but in 2020 when I finally moved out I started it back up again ✨I love looking back at my other journals to see what I was experiencing at the time and to see where I was and where I am now it’s crazy to me couldn’t be more thankful! An easy way I did "prompts" in my journal was on the start of my week I would make a list of 7 topics or words. Every day of the week or whenever I journaled I would write about that topic. it wasn't super formal but would help me whenever I couldn't think of what to write about
