The ending of this game is so beautiful. I do recommend trying out different choices at the end, particularly with Davrin/Lace and Neve/Bellara choices. The romance scene, for example, plays out quite differently!

Great let’s play! Don’t want to backseat, but for anyone curious, there’s some nice dialogue between your companions and Solas if you explore the alcoves in Minrathous. Harding especially calls Solas out in a major way.

Now that you've played it, doing a second run you really pick up on how many times the game told you about what happened to Varric. Solas starts to tell you but realizes you say he was hurt. I cried all over again realizing it. Such an awesome gameplay! I enjoyed the Solas redemption. Varric kept saying that Solas was good deep down, but got lost along the way thinking he was the only one that could save the world. I do wonder about the other choices, but even on my second run, I gave Solas a happy ever after. I was so terrified assigning people on the end mission. This game lulled you into a false sense thinking you wouldn't lose anyone. But nope. You did, and then the gut punch to the heart finding out everything in the fade prison. When you said your tissue box was empty.....I was like...same. I actually had to step away for a bit and come back to finish the game. I think the only part of the game I had a huge UGH moment over was Minrathous vs Treviso city choice. You had enough people at that moment to send people to both cities. Plus, Minrathous had that whole floating palace deal at the start of the game shooting magic lazers at demons, so I figured they'd handle it. I'm glad the game allowed you to get the romance scene with Neve. Since she was captured, it cut that part off from where it was supposed to happen after the fade prison. Also, Neve taking charge, I was all...yes Queen. Do your thing. And using magic to seal the door so no one would disturb you. Nice!

It's very easy to miss, but before you start the very last mission, Isabela is available. You can buy weapons/items from her to help you upgrade your gear. She's right by the Caretaker. :) Wonderful playthrough! Thank you for the journey!! 🥰

If you have an antagonistic relationship with Solas, the ending where you trick him is actually super satisfying

it makes no sense, i'm sorry solas would know it's a fake, like it's been his for centuries best ending in order: solas romance redemption, solas redemption, bad ending (sorry but it's poetic af), beat up solas? and then last would be tricking him it just not work in my brain but i do love solas but the fact that the worst ending you can get in this game is better to me than the other options LOL
