Stir-fried chicken gizzards
[Ingredients]
Chicken gizzards 1 cup (180g)
Garlic 2/3 cup (60g)
Cooking oil 1 cup (120g)
Flavoring salt
Pepper
Sesame oil ½ tbsp (3g)
[Directions]
1. Rinse the chicken gizzards under running water and cut against the texture.
2. Slice the garlic thinly.
3. Add cooking oil to a pan and stir-fry the chicken gizzards.
4. When the chicken gizzards are 50% cooked, add the sliced garlic and stir-fry.
5. Use a strainer to drain the oil.
6. Add flavoring salt, pepper, and sesame oil, turn off the heat, and stir-fry with the residual heat.
