Can this local adaptation syndrome may also cause pain n swelling in a patient whom we have given antibiotics in infected tooth but asymptomatic? Or draining sinus?

This could cause pain in asymptomatic teeth after initiating RCT. Pain almost never occurs after initiation of RCT in a tooth with draining sinus tract. This is because, the exudate which is formed as a result of inflammation will get drained trough the sinus tract.
